I wanted to create a series of mugs that not just show certain animals like a symbol, but to tell a story about them. To show their family, home, different details like roots, flowers, butterflies, bunnies, trees etc. This is a truly unique and magic mug, I promise!

This mug is about 120 ml, made of stoneware clay, hand built. I painted it with underglaze, glazed the mug on both sides. Inside glaze has this iron-ish rusty shino appearance. This mug is high temperatures fired, thus will survive dishwasher and microwave, but I would strongly recommend to handwash it and handle with love as so much time and work was put in it... This mug is one of a kind. I will create more mugs in this direction as I love this character so much. But every mug is handpainted, with different details so your will always be unique.
