Powerful shaman, Bear. Bears were considered in many cultures as very powerful healing animals, carrying the knowledge of ancestors. Fangs, claws, fur of bears were widely used to ward off evil spirits, as protection for kids, cattle and during trips. Shaman wears a skin of the raven (wisdom, connection to higher realms) and horns from ram for power and protection. Mushrooms were widely used in sacred rituals of many cultures and are symbol of transformation, understanding the unknown, hidden knowledge. On chest there is a medallion with algiz and sol runes. Sol is a light, pure energy, purification. Algiz is a very strong protective rune.
I sculpted this bear with black african clay. It can be usen as candle holder or incense burner, then the smoke also comes out from ravens beek. 23 cm tall (9 inch)
