Very powerful mug with strong ancient symbols. I wanted to combine a few very strong symbols on one picture... What do we see? Owl, symbolises an ability to understand the unknown, to see the unseen, to fly quietly, to strike like a ghost. A Key, very strong symbol. A key can open and close. It can be used for protection, or for opening new doors, new opportunities, to get new knowledge, to transform, to change realities. Water stream - symbol of the passage of time and life, rebirth, transformation, fertility. And a Forest.
This mug is about 450 ml, made of stoneware clay, hand built. I painted with underglaze, glazed the mug from both sides. This mug is high temperatures fired, thus will survive dishwasher and microwave, but I would very strongly recommend to handwash it and handle with love as so much time and work was put in it... This mug is one of a kind. I will create more mugs in this direction as I love this character so much. But every mug is handpainted, with different details so your will always be unique
